Quick overview: Orders ship from the United States. Processing takes 1–2 business days, and tracking is provided on every order.

Shipping origin

All orders are shipped from the United States using reputable carriers.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Other destinations: delivery times vary by location

Note: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or peak demand periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment. Any free-shipping offers or promotions will be clearly shown on the checkout page when applicable.

Tracking information

  • A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships.
  • If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders (including Canada) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy & changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • If you need to change an address, contact us immediately at support@presencelabs.store.
  • Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or the carrier first.
  • If a package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation where applicable.

PRESENCE™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing. However, we will always do our best to help resolve the situation.

Incorrect or returned shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
